Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê (/ˈlɪp˔ɘ/ /ˈtaθɘ/ [polite] [array]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Têqayëg̈ê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê was founded by Geng Trêg̈mepí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê receives an average of 220 cm/y (86 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2570 m (8431 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1086, by Geng Trêg̈mepí. The establishment of Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Geng Trêg̈mepí struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê as a prison colony.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê is buildings folow an organic layout of spacious gravel streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
A look arround Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê reveals an abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.
Civic Infrastructure
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê's parks.

Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
In Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
The Caypup near Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Lîpíê-tathê Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves performance art to channel Transmutation energies of tier 2 via chanting.
